Job Description

As Finance Analyst, your duties will include:

1. Financial and statistical analysis of performance data, to assist with strategic business decision making.
2. Involvement in the production of regular corporate reporting.
3. Proactively support month end accounting process by analysing, reviewing and investigating actual results versus budget, forecast and prior year.
4. Provide timely ongoing revenue/cost trends by analysis of appropriate data.
5. Assist in the production of monthly operational forecast, including in depth liaison with other departments.
6. Assisting in annual budget setting and work centre analysis.
7. Provide regular reporting and insights to management on business performance.
8. Ad hoc support to wider finance and operational team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Finance Analyst' should have:

• A full Accountancy qualification.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent knowledge of statistical software and financial databases.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
