Finance Analyst

About the Team:

About the Role:

This position reports to the Corporate FP&A Manager and supports consolidated planning, reporting and analysis for LNLP globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze data across the region, report financial information to management, and assist in preparing financial forecasts and plans.
  • Prepare and generate standard reports with commentaries on trends and variances.
  • Support and champion process improvement projects, including finance automation and generative AI projects.
  • Oversee bi-annual maintenance processes and monitor progress.
  • Develop close working relationships with operating businesses, providing a point of contact between decision support and Corporate FP&A.

Requirements:

  • Professional qualification in finance (e.g., CIMA, ACA, ACCA) or equivalent experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business with a Finance concentration.
  • Experience in a financial role or finance support role, with an understanding of revenue or cost metrics and reporting in a global organization.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Hyperion and Dodeca is preferred.
  • Strong technical analytical skills, including trend, variance, and profitability analysis.
  • Knowledge of accounting policies and standards for revenue/cost and management accounting techniques is preferred.
