Job description

Our client seeks a Finance Administrative Officer to focus on Debt Management for 12 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Use our Revenue Management System (RMS) to conduct daily banking uploads to trader accounts. You will enter online card and electronic payments ensuring they are allocated to the correct account and income stream.
  • Take manual card payments face to face and over the phone.
  • Allocate BACS and online card payments to trader's accounts.
  • Process various types of payments.
  • Facilitate repayments to VAT registered traders.
  • Prepare postal import charges for release.
  • Manage customer queries received into the central inbox and respond accordingly using the most appropriate method of communication.

Key Skills & Experience

  • A minimum qualification of 5 GCSEs at grade C or above.
  • Able to handle sensitive information and situations.
  • Experience of dealing with and answering customer enquiries.
  • A confident friendly manner with excellent customer service skills.
  • A proven team worker with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
