Field Services Engineer

Bela Recruitment is recruiting a Dairy Equipment Technician (Field Service Engineer) to cover NI. The company's head office is located just outside Dungannon, County Tyrone, Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the in-house Design & Fabrication teams to ensure new products are installed as per technical specifications.
2. Conduct installation and service work on Dairy Milking Parlour equipment and other systems.
3. Fault find, repair, and identify improvements required on equipment by informing designers.
4. Advise clients on equipment capabilities and correct usage or daily maintenance duties.

Requirements

1. Ideally previous experience fitting mechanical equipment, preferably in the dairy/milking sector, although candidates from an Agri Mechanical/Mechanic background, Factory Maintenance Engineer, Dairy Industry, or any mechanical or electrical field service engineer role will also be considered.
2. Willing and able to work on dairy farms across the province daily.
3. Strong background in troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems, including electrical circuits & controls would be advantageous.
4. Full driving license and willing to travel to sites daily.
5. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with the ability to think on your feet.

Rewards

• £30,000 - £40,000 depending on industry experience.
