Location: Covering Southwest

Salary: £40K (OTE £55K to £60K)

My client is a global leader within the automation and packing industry who offer end to end manufacturing solutions to their clients. They are now on the lookout for an experienced Multiskilled Field Service Technician to join their team and work across the Southwest.

Key Responsibilities – Field Service Technician

1. To carry out scheduled maintenance in line with the agreed customer service contract.
2. To develop existing service contracts to increase revenue/spares stock/OEE/consumables.
3. To prepare reports of work undertaken for use within the company or for the customer.
4. To advise on and promote after sales products offered by the service department.
5. To act in an advisory capacity with regard to customers spare parts holdings requirements.
6. To maintain and develop customer relationships.
7. To carry out any special tasks as reasonably requested by the Field Service Manager.

Qualifications & Experience – Field Service Technician

1. Hold a relevant engineering qualification.
2. Experience in carrying out both mechanical and electrical maintenance (electrically biased).
3. Food background or similar.
4. Hold a full UK driving licence.

On Offer – Field Service Technician

1. £40K basic salary (OTE £55K - £60K).
2. Working 10 on 4 off rota - working away and weekends required as per business needs.
3. Significant overtime opportunity.
4. Company pays annual bonus of circa 8% basic salary.

6. Double matched pension of up to 16% employer contribution (If you pay in 8%, they will pay in 16%, making total contribution 24%).
