Field Service Manager (Renewable Energy / Utilities / Facilities)
Location: Romford (Essex)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 + Management + Progression + Expenses Paid + Pension + Holidays

Are you looking for a role that can offer autonomy, technical development and a long-term career within a well-established renewable company based in Romford, Essex? Do you have experience managing multiple projects and teams within the renewable energy / Utilities sectors?

This award-winning company specializes in the design, installation, maintenance, and service of renewable energy systems to domestic and commercial properties across the South East and UK wide. Due to increased demand in services, they are now looking for a Field Service Manager to join their team and contribute to future success.

The role:

1. Day-to-day management of the facilities team within the renewable and utilities division.
2. Opportunity to grow and develop the internal facilities team.
3. Communicate, liaise, and provide update reports to clients and customers.
4. Conduct site visits to assess the quality of work, ensuring regulatory standards and company standards are met.
5. Effectively manage the team to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget.

The person:

1. Experience managing multiple domestic and commercial renewable/utilities projects across the Southeast.
2. Experience in the renewable energy sector; Solar PV and Air Source Heat Pump experience is highly advantageous.
3. Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
4. Full UK Driving License.
