Our client is one of the UK’s leading Coffee Machine service providers, growing at speed, and to support this growth they are seeking a Field Service Manager for the North of England region.
The Role
As a Regional Service Manager for the Northern region, you will be tasked with managing and developing your team of Field Coffee Engineers and overseeing the activities around KPI improvement, customer excellence, onboarding, training, performance, and coaching – with the support of both a field & office-based full training team.
In this role, you will be expected to drive results that tie back to our strategic objectives:
