Must have a strong electrical background and engineering qualification.
Experience with fault finding and repair of CNC machines is essential.

Conduct national travel for service, fault finding, and repairs.
Install and maintain 5-axis CNC Routers and hybrid machine tools.

Field Service Engineer
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000
Location: Telford
Shift: Monday - Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen with a reputable manufacturing company who are now recruiting a Field Service Engineer to join their growing engineering department. The successful field service engineer will be joining a company that is going through a period of expansion. The duties of the field service engineer will include national travel, service, fault finding, repairing and installations, mainly 5-axis CNC Routers, or hybrid machine tools.

Skills required for the Field Service Engineer:

Multi skilled background with an electrical bias
Must have an engineering qualification
Experience in fault finding diagnosis, analysis and repair of CNC machine faults (electrical and mechanical)
Must be happy to travel and stay away on occasions
