Field Service Engineer (Plant) £32,000 - £36,000 (OTE £45,000) + Progression + Premium Overtime + Specialist Training + Door-to-Door Pay + Fuel Card + Company Vehicle + Company Benefits

Are you a Field Service Engineer or similar from a Heavy machinery or Plant background looking for a varied and autonomous role with a well-established company? This leading company is one of the largest UK dealers in Plant Machinery and has a variety of depots across the country. Due to continual growth, they are looking for a new Field Service Engineer to join the team and make the role their own.

In this exciting role, you will be provided with a new Company Van (+ Fuel) and will be covering the Leeds area undertaking PPM and reactive maintenance on a range of plant vehicles and machinery. You will have the opportunity to upskill yourself through ongoing OEM training and progress into senior roles as you develop.

You will work a Monday - Friday shift pattern of 40 hours a week, with any additional hours worked being paid at a premium rate of 1.5x. This dynamic role would suit a Service Engineer or similar from a plant background looking for a stable and varied role where you will be autonomously covering a local patch within a leading company that prides itself on staff retention and the opportunity to increase your earnings through premium overtime opportunities and monthly bonuses.

The Role:

1. PPM and Reactive Maintenance on a range of Plant Vehicles
2. Diagnostics / repairs
3. Company Vehicle provided (+ door-to-door pay)
4. 1.5x overtime and monthly bonuses

The Person:

1. Field Service Engineer or similar
2. Plant background
3. Full Driving Licence
4. Commutable to Leeds - happy to travel
