What's on offer

1. £17-£21.50 per hour, based on experience
2. Regular overtime opportunities at increased rate
3. Overtime on Monday - Saturday paid at 1.33 x hourly rate
4. Overtime on Sundays and Bank Holiday paid at 1.66 x hourly rate

The duties of a Field Service Engineer will include:

1. Carrying out work on Forestry & Recycling machinery
2. Engine work
3. Hydraulic builds
4. Electrical work
5. Fitting of components
6. Servicing
7. Attending breakdowns
8. General maintenance work
9. Completion of Workshop based work as and when required

What you will need:

1. Time served experience as a Field Service Engineer or Workshop Engineer working on Forestry and/or Recycling machinery
2. Hard working ethic with an understanding and experience of completing 'price work' to a high standard
3. Relevant experience and knowledge of servicing/maintaining heavy equipment
4. Commercially minded and astute with a 'get the job done' attitude
5. Good time management skills and able to estimate and hit target labour times
6. Must possess a good work ethic and able to work on their own
7. Based within a commutable distance to location
8. Willingness to go above and beyond, enthusiastic towards their work and the brand reputation
9. Wants to grow with the company and embrace the variation on work, industry & location
10. Wants to be part of a dynamic team and make a difference
11. Positive and responsible with a solutions-based attitude
