Are you a Field Service Engineer who has worked on Cranes looking to work alongside a leading supplier who provides a structured pay and role progression path alongside additional training?

This company has over two and a half decades of experience, supplying to a range of sectors including offshore wind, construction, and rail. This role will see the successful candidate perform a range of fault finding and maintenance on overhead and JIB cranes around a local patch. The successful candidate should feel comfortable completing electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic maintenance, whilst accurately relaying information to customers.

The Role:

  1. Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding and maintenance on crane equipment
  2. Examine Overhead and JIB cranes for service, ensuring that all aspects of the crane work effectively
  3. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions on a preventative and reactive basis
  4. Consult with customers on repair and safety-related issues, utilising succinct and clear communication
  5. Complete all necessary technical documentation and reports to comply with industry standards and regulations

The Person:

  1. Proven experience within a similar role
  2. Full UK driving licence
