Duties and responsibilities of the Field Service Engineer:

1. Assist and/or be responsible for work tasks covering installation, commissioning, service, maintenance, overhaul, or troubleshooting.
2. Carry out maintenance and repair of 2 and 4 stroke engines / associated systems.
3. Support customers with and implement the field maintenance procedures on the engines.
4. Carry out performance tests, troubleshoot, and conduct root cause analysis.
5. Work with engine automation and mechanical systems providing support to customers within guidelines set out by the company.
6. Implement tasks as part of the maintenance of engines.
7. On-site customer operational support in all stages of the project.
8. Support the implementation of HSE standards in maintenance activities.
9. Identify any spare part requirements for maintenance.
10. Detailed report writing.

Qualifications and requirements for the Field Service Engineer:

1. Full Driving Licence
2. Passport
3. Maritime OR Traction OR Power Generation on 2 / 4 Stroke Engines
