Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Field Service Engineers to maintain and ensure the operational uptime of systems and assets across fuel stations and convenience stores. In this role, you will provide support, troubleshooting, and repair for various equipment and systems, ensuring smooth operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide support and troubleshoot fuel station Point of Sale (POS) systems
2. Maintain site systems, including networked back-office systems, payment terminals, and forecourt controllers
3. Service and repair convenience store assets such as coffee machines, chillers, and food service equipment
4. Support forecourt equipment like car washes, air/water machines, vapour recovery systems, and IoT-connected devices
5. Interface with site operators and third-party vendors for escalations and issue resolution
6. Perform regular preventative maintenance and ad-hoc call-outs

Candidate Profile:

1. Proven experience in managing field services within fuel station environments
2. Strong knowledge of retail systems and convenience store equipment
3. Solid understanding of site connectivity and typical forecourt setups
4. Ability to work independently and travel across designated regions
5. Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and reporting skills
