Responsibilities:

1. Perform on-site installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment.
2. Provide technical support and training to customers.
3. Maintain accurate documentation of service reports and customer interactions.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex issues.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar role.
2. Strong knowledge of pipework systems and equipment.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
5. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
