A Field Service Engineer is needed for a market-leading vehicle conversion company that specializes in bespoke installations, offering a basic salary of £34,000 and an OTE of £47,000. This is a door-to-door paid role, meaning you will always be compensated for the time you have worked. Overtime is paid after 40 hours.

The Field-Based Engineer role involves working with a UK leading company that services and repairs utility vans built specifically for leading blue-chip companies. The area covered is Kent.

Responsibilities:
The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for servicing, fault-finding, and performing reactive and preventative maintenance work on compressed air systems, both on mobile and static applications. You will primarily work on Rotary Screw Compressors, associated ancillary equipment, and intelligent control systems, with additional requirements to work on piston and rotary vane compressors.

We welcome applicants who have experience as a compressor service engineer, plant fitter, HGV technician, PSV technician, or LCV fitter.

Duties of the Field Service Engineer role include:
• Service and repair the specialist compressor and electrical solutions installed on the vehicles.
• Address different problems each day requiring various techniques and repair strategies.
• Service, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain compressed air equipment.
