What You'll Do:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts through regular meetings.
Secure new business through networking, cold calling, and reactivating dormant accounts.
Promote umbrella and accountancy services to clients.
Collaborate with the office-based team to maintain service standards and drive results.
What We're Looking For:
Sales experience (field or office-based) with excellent communication skills.
Confidence, self-motivation, and strong organizational skills.
Knowledge of the recruitment or umbrella services sector is a bonus.
