Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Field Sales Representative to join their team across the UK. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-oriented sales professional to grow the customer base, build relationships, and drive territory growth within the engineering and automotive product sectors.

Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:00
Remote working
£28,000 + competitive bonus structure!

Responsibilities:
Regularly visit existing customers within your territory to build strong relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
Ensure customer satisfaction within various transportation sectors, including bus, coach, commercial vehicle, and plant.
Actively prospect and secure new business by demonstrating the value and benefits of the product range and converting challenges into successful sales outcomes.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets through effective time management, strategic planning, and customer-focused sales practices.
Introduce new products to customers through professional demonstrations and educate them on the features and benefits of each offering.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and market insights to ensure sales objectives and deadlines are met.
Engage customers through promotional campaigns and targeted product presentations while addressing any inquiries or issues promptly.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to maintain a competitive advantage.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven field sales experience.
A demonstrated track record of growing and managing a sales territory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM/ERP software.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Knowledge of automotive industry products and trends.
Experience managing key accounts and closing large deals.
