Field Sales Representative

Position: Field Sales Representative - MUST DRIVE

Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire, United Kingdom

Salary: £15.33 per hour PLUS ADDITIONAL OTE £8400 COMMISSION PER ANNUM

Contract: Permanent - 30 Hours per week 5 days (Tue-Sat)

Expenses: FULLY Paid Travel

Start Date: Immediate start available

Requirements: MUST have a car and a valid driving licence. Must be comfortable working with nicotine products.

Introduction:

Agile Retail are looking for talented Field Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team! You’ll need to drive for this exciting permanent opportunity that will see you working with the top nicotine alternative brand in various Key Accounts.

In It For You:

• On target earnings £33,000 (Base wage PLUS ADDITIONAL OTE £8400)
• Base pay £15.33/hour + commission for each item sold - UNCAPPED
• 30 Hours per week (Days: Tue-Sat)
• FULLY PAID travel expenses
• Immediate Start available
• Progression into Field Sales Manager and beyond

Due to the nature of this role you must have a full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle and must be happy to travel approx. a one hour radius.

The Role:

• Engage with customers to sell nicotine based products
• Achieve daily sales targets, with full accountability for your performance.
• Submit end-of-day sales reports
• Introduce customers to new brands and products, converting them into loyal buyers.
• Cultivate strong relationships with store staff and customers to maximize your sales opportunities.
• Work closely with the team to ensure you're hitting targets and developing your skills.

Whilst previous sales experience is ideal, if you have the drive and belief that you can sell and are looking for a career in sales, we want to meet you!

• Confident in using online tools for tracking sales and reporting insights.
