Job Title: Field Sales Consultant

Salary: £26,000 basic starting salary, £2,400 annual car allowance and auto fuel card to cover all business mileage

Commission: Uncapped commission structure (OTE up to £60K)

Location: Hereford & Worcester (100% field-based)

About the Role:

As a Field Sales Consultant at Bionic, you'll represent our brand by engaging directly with customers face-to-face and delivering the outstanding service we're known for.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with business owners
  • Identifying new opportunities and generating leads by engaging with prospective and existing business customers across the UK, averaging around 50 visits per day
  • Providing tailored solutions across multiple products, including energy, telecoms, and insurance
  • Becoming the trusted point of contact for your customers, ensuring they receive top-tier service
  • Identifying customer needs and presenting suitable solutions across various business essentials
  • Building strong relationships and providing a world-class service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets

Skills and Experience:

  • Clean Driver's License and Valid Car Insurance (essential)
  • 18 months+ lead generation & sales experience required (B2B sales, field sales or outbound telesales environment) (essential)
  • Resilience - You may not meet your targets every day, but it's how you react to those hurdles that sets you apart
  • Outstanding Communication Skills - This is key when building relationships with your customers
  • Self-Management/Accountability - Important for all our Field Sales Consultants to manage and grow our existing customer base
  • Target Driven/Self Motivated - Understanding that the customer always comes before the sale
