Salary: Starting from £26,000 per annum + a bonus structure and other perks, covering the Birmingham and surrounding area.

Responsibilities as a Field Sales Representative:

1. Build and maintain long-term trading relationships with customers.
2. Represent the brand with energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
3. Consistently exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
4. Ensure our products are prominently displayed for maximum visibility.
5. Spot and seize new sales opportunities to drive growth.
6. Manage your schedule effectively to optimise sales opportunities.
7. Keep on top of sales admin and communication - organisation is key!
8. Stay ahead of industry trends and bring new ideas to the table.
9. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to promote the company and keep ahead of the competition.

Requirements as a Field Sales Representative:

1. A minimum of 2 years' experience in customer-facing sales is preferred.
2. A full, clean driving licence (company van provided).
3. A natural people-person with outstanding communication skills.
4. Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to succeed.
5. IT-savvy - Microsoft Office experience is a bonus.
6. Adaptable, flexible, and ready to hustle!
