An established industry player is seeking a dynamic sales professional to join their growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships across the North East. With a focus on consultative selling, you will leverage your experience in business-to-business sales to meet and exceed sales targets. Do you have good retail sales experience?
Can you work independently covering your own area and still be part of the Sales and Head Office Team?
You will be responsible for seeking out new opportunities by prospecting new clients, developing new business, and growing existing business, within the North East. This includes journey planning, tracking sales and taking full accountability for territory budgets/KPIs.
You will have a great existing client base from independent retailers to small convenience stores to petrol stations to national retailers and even nightclubs! And you be expected to add to your client base by developing effective working relationships.
You will be home based ideally Middlesbrough, Darlington or Durham and cover the whole of the North East region. If overnight stays are required hotels and meal allowances will be paid for. It is up to you to effectively plan your sales routes to maximise opportunities.
