Field Sales Executive

Our client based in Sheffield is seeking a new Field Sales Executive to join their team working full time Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00 within the Waste industry.

Offering an impressive salary of up to £25,000 per year + Industry-Leading Commission Structure. Along with a great commission structure and brand new company car.

Due to their continued expansion, we are seeking a Field Sales Executive who is a passionate and results-driven individual to join their dedicated sales team, covering Leeds and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities as a Field Sales Executive:

1. Generate new business whilst creating long-lasting relationships
2. Door to door sales, cold calling and other lead generation methods
3. Some office work will be required for sales meetings
4. Manage own sales pipelines
5. Act as the main point of contact between customers and relevant internal departments
6. Use CRM system for tracking relevant information
7. Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team when needed

Requirements as a Field Sales Executive:

1. Valid UK driving license
2. Experience in the Waste Management sector is preferred
3. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
4. Strong understanding of online lead generation and using social platforms to reach prospects
5. Strong rapport-building skills with the ability to be articulate and confident
6. Ability to work in a team
7. Self-driven, ambitious, and results-oriented
