Field Sales Executive covering UK & Ireland. Are you an experienced Field Sales Executive or Territory Sales Manager looking for a fresh challenge with a world-leading company? Our client is seeking a driven and dynamic field sales executive to join their UK team, based out of Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in field sales to take ownership and develop the UK & Ireland sales territory. If you're passionate about sales, developing business opportunities, finding innovative routes to market, and building lasting customer relationships, we want to hear from you!


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and delivering tailored solutions.
  2. Develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts. Conduct regular client visits across the UK and Ireland, with occasional overnight stays. Collaborate with internal teams to implement effective sales strategies.
  3. Provide insight into new market opportunities and contribute to business growth.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Proven experience in Field Sales and Territory Sales Management.
  2. Strong background in B2B field sales ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  3. Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
  4. Ability to identify and develop new routes to market.
  5. Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven with a strategic mindset.
  6. Strong organisational and CRM database management skills.

  1. Basic Salary: Up to £55,000 per year, depending on experience plus attractive Bonus.
