FIELD SALES EXECUTIVE – FMCG Food Brands

£Competitive, bonus, company car & benefits

Field Based: North West London

The company

Our client is an International Food Group and a division of one of the biggest consumer goods companies in the world. The UK business has a range of well-established brands and is a leading player in fast growing categories. Their brands operate across all key food sectors of ambient, chilled and frozen with established distribution across Grocery Multiples, Convenience, Wholesale/Cash & Carry as well as the Independent trade. The company has grown successfully over recent years both organically and through acquisition with an ambition and vision to continue this growth path.

The role

We are seeking a Field Sales Executive to join our client’s supportive team, focusing on selling a broad portfolio of kosher food and drink products to independent retailers in the vibrant communities of Golders Green and Stamford Hill. In this role, you will drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with your customers. You will effectively present and sell the diverse range of kosher products, ensuring they meet the specific needs of customers. Demonstrating professionalism and expertise in managing the sales process, including walking through the steps of a call with confidence and clarity, will be key to your success. You will also identify new business opportunities and contribute to the expansion of our client’s market presence.

About you

We are looking for a graduate-calibre individual with approximately 1-2 years of field sales experience, in FMCG, selling to independent convenience retailers. A professional, bright, and resilient personality, with the ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment, is essential. Strong communication skills and a proven track record of success in sales are crucial. While knowledge of the kosher food market is a plus, it is not essential; a willingness to learn and adapt is key.

The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday, with Fridays and Saturdays off.
