This customer-focused role involves guiding buyers through the home-buying journey, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. You will play a key role in promoting new build properties, managing the sales process, and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service:
Engage with potential buyers to understand their needs and match them with suitable properties
Conduct viewings and provide expert advice on available homes
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a 5-star service experience
Work towards and achieve set sales targets
Liaise with solicitors, estate agents, and mortgage advisors to facilitate smooth transactions
Follow up with customers throughout the buying process
Administration & Reporting
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Maintain and update the customer enquiry database
Record customer details at reservation and ensure compliance with company processes
Complete and distribute all required sales documentation
Ensure all paperwork and financial records are processed accurately and efficiently
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in a sales role (property, retail, or customer-facing sectors preferred)
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Organised with good attention to detail for administrative tasks
A valid UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
