Field Sales Executive, South West

Reactive Recruitment are working with a multinational leading service provider for modern textile management. Due to continued growth, they now seek an experienced Field Sales Executive to join their growing sales team in order to generate new business and develop existing business through a mixture of pre-booked and self-generated appointments throughout the South West and surrounding region (Bristol, Cardiff, Newport, Gloucester, Worcester, Cheltenham, Swindon).

The role:

1. Attend a mixture of pre-booked and self-generated client visits within defined territory.
2. New business acquisition throughout your territory.
3. Development of existing business throughout existing client base.
4. Achieving set revenue targets and key KPIs.
5. Associated admin duties via CRM systems.
6. Reporting to the Commercial Director according to the current directives.
7. Gather information about Market changes and competition.
8. Active participation in Meetings, Trainings, and following training plans.

The person:

Essential:

1. 1-2 years minimum experience in a client facing sales position - candidates with a background in car sales are particularly desirable.
2. Full clean UK driving license is essential.
3. You will have a strong, demonstrable track record of meeting sales targets.
4. Self-starter who is driven by new challenges.
5. Target and commission driven.
6. Fully IT literate.
7. Well presented, professional and articulate. This is a client facing role and you will serve as a representative of the company brand. You will have a confident, well-spoken telephone manner and will always present yourself immaculately when meeting clients.
8. Ability to travel to patch with ease. You will be selling to businesses within a geographic territory, and it is vital that you can travel to the region. Ideally you will live within the territory.

The rewards:

1. £22,500 per annum starting salary.
2. High fully uncapped commission structure (£35k OTE year one).
