An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Field Sales Executive to join a respected organisation based in the Bridgend area. If you're experienced in field sales and enjoy building strong relationships with a diverse range of clients, this role could be an excellent fit.

The Role

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll have the chance to work closely with new and existing clients, developing lasting and productive partnerships. In this role, you'll engage with a variety of customers, adapting your approach to meet each client's specific needs. You'll focus on maximising each opportunity by converting enquiries into sales and nurturing long-term relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive sales growth by converting client enquiries into confirmed sales

* Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers, contributing to the company's strong market presence

* Conduct thorough client visits, building rapport and showcasing the benefits of the company's offerings

* Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive, ideally within a similar industry

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* Full UK driving licence
