Field Sales Engineer (New Business)

Bristol (Covering the Midlands/South West)

£40,000 - £45,000 (OTE YR1: £50,000) + training + excellent progression + commission + car allowance + 25 days holiday

Are you a Sales Engineer or similar, with field experience, looking to join an ambitious Industrial Coatings company, where you'll receive full industry training to allow you to make a real impact in driving new business?

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the Midlands and South West.
  2. Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  3. Provide technical support and solutions to clients.
  4. Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  1. Proven experience as a Sales Engineer or in a similar field.
  2. Strong technical knowledge of industrial coatings.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Willingness to travel within the designated area.
