Field Sales Engineer (Compressed Air)

High Wycombe - Hybrid

£55,000 - £60,000 + Progression Opportunities + Company Pension + Car + Flexible Hours

Are you a Salesman with Engineering experience or an Engineer looking to get into sales with a background in compressed air, looking to join a rapidly growing company that works with top-tier clients like the MOD, Babcock, Leonardo, BMW, and British Airways?

Do you want to be part of a company that offers a clear path to career growth, where you'll step into a Business Development Manager role within six months and gain hands-on experience working with some of the world's leading companies?

This company is committed to your growth alongside theirs. Operating across a wide range of industries in the South, from dental practices to the MoD, they specialise in providing expert advice on efficiency, design, and safety for compressed air and hot water systems. With unmatched experience and industry-leading knowledge, they are a trusted name in their field.

In this role, you will manage key client accounts, strengthen relationships through upselling, and drive new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include presenting compliance programs, conducting site surveys, preparing quotes, and liaising directly with suppliers and clients to ensure seamless service and business growth.

The ideal Sales Engineer will come from an Engineering background as an Engineer or already be in a similar position and want to grow into a Business Development Manager role.

The role:

  • Work with blue chip clients

  • Speak directly to suppliers and clients
