Position: Initial Medical Field Sales Consultant

Employment Type: Full time - Permanent

Salary Progression:

• Year 1 Salary: £25,665 - OTE: £34,000
• Year 2 Salary: £28,862* - OTE: £50,000

As a Sales Consultant within Initial Medical, you will understand how important compliance with legislation is for our customers. Helping customers to meet their compliance requirements is significant in meeting your targets and selling the right services.

Role Overview:

As an Initial Medical Sales Executive, you will visit clients, identifying needs and tailoring waste collection and disposal services. You will receive comprehensive training and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying, sourcing, and selling B2B contracts.
• Generating and developing leads.
• Building internal and external relationships.
• Working towards achieving set KPIs and targets.
• Planning field days effectively.
• Maintaining a client portfolio and presenting new products.
• Maximizing sales with key accounts.

What you will need to succeed:

• An ambitious, outgoing personality with initiative.
• A proactive mindset.
• Background in business development or customer service (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Effective time management skills.
