Job description
Cactus Search are currently recruiting a number of field-based positions for a leading insurance brand. This role will require an element of sales in your background, but it is very customer service driven with you visiting pre-booked meetings on-site at a variety of different types of companies across the UK.
This role will entail being hotel-based Monday to Friday positioned throughout the UK for 50% of the year, with the other half working from home and meetings set within an hour of your home.
This role is non-advised FCA, so no pushy sales and all warm meetings, in which you are also buddied up with another advisor.
- Sales experience essential
- Confident character with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- Driving licence
- Happy to stay away from home Monday to Friday in a hotel for weeks at a time (You will always be home for weekends)
- FCA experience desirable, but full training is provided
- Company car + Fuel card
- Daily food expenses while working away
- Comprehensive training program for three weeks at head office
- The ability to constantly push your basic up to £35K over 12 to 14 months
