Title: Field Sales Executive / Account Manager (Environmental Services)

Location: Edinburgh

Salary: Up to £28,000 Basic | £50,000+ OTE

We are currently recruiting for a Field Sales Account Manager for our client, a leading environmental services provider.

About the Role:

As a Field Sales Executive / Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. This is a field-based, client-facing role offering autonomy and the chance to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking and lead generation
2. Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
3. Conduct on-site surveys and assessments to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions
4. Cross-sell and upsell additional environmental services to existing customers
5. Represent the company with professionalism, providing expert advice and exceptional service

What We Are Looking For:

1. Proven experience in field sales, territory management or business development
2. A self-motivated individual, driven by targets and success
3. Excellent communicator, negotiator with strong relationship-building/ stakeholder management skills
4. A background in pest control sales is a plus; however, we also welcome applicants from any environmental services sectors, such as:

• Waste Management Sales
• Facilities Management Sales
• Hygiene Services Sales
• Property Maintenance Sales
• Compliance & Safety Services

Advantageous Qualifications (but entirely not essential):

1. RSPH / BPCA Level 2 Certificate in Pest Control
2. BPCA Accredited Technician in Pest Control
3. Sales Qualification
