Field Operations Manager / Electrical Supervisor

£45,000 - £55,000 + Bonus + Internal and External Training + Company Car + No Call Outs + Private Medical + Benefits

Hybrid Based covering the South commutable from Guildford, Woking, Crawley, Epsom, Royal Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne, Worthing, Basingstoke and surrounding areas.

This industry-leading business specializes in the Manufacture and Installation of domestic ventilation systems. Due to their continued growth and full order books, they are looking to bring in a skilled engineer who they can invest in to join their close-knit team of experts.

The Role:
• Leading a team of Electrical Installation Engineers
• Working in predominantly domestic settings and ensuring engineers are working to the correct performance and quality standards.
• Hybrid with travel around the South of England

The Person:
• Supervisory or Managerial Experience within an Electrical position
• Full UK Drivers License
