Forcepoint is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive demand across the fast-growing region of Middle East, Turkey and Africa [META]. This critical role includes the planning and execution of all demand generation activities in META leveraging all marketing channels, in close cooperation with the Senior Field Marketing Manager in the region.

The Field Marketing role is at the forefront of communicating our message through the different marketing tactics as well as crafting the strategies and execution plans to attract new customers and retain existing customers. In this position the candidate will work closely with the Senior Field Marketing Manager in the region to understand the business goals from the META sales and channel teams, and translate these goals into an integrated marketing plan, including field events, channel marketing and working cross-functionally with our Campaigns team to optimize our digital spend.

The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the candidate is expected to work from the Forcepoint office four days per week.

Reporting to the Theater Marketing Leader, the Field Marketing Specialist is responsible for:

  • Development of our META marketing plan in close cooperation with the Senior Field Marketing Manager - define marketing goals, objectives, and tactics that will drive success vs goals for our business in the region.
  • Partner with the META sales and Channel team to identify and formulate targeted marketing programs; be a strategic partner to sales and channel team through thought leadership that will help the sellers to succeed on the overall META business plan.
  • Drive data-driven decision making and optimization, directing spend and effort to maximize return on investment in the region.
  • Manage marketing leads and pipeline to ensure the marketing contribution to our META business.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the wider EMEA and Global marketing team to ensure alignment and proper regional execution of programs.
  • Flawless execution of designated marketing activities in the region.

Hiring Requirements

Essential Functions

  • Co-development of the META marketing plan.
  • Select appropriate Marketing Tactics to achieve the set business goals.

Marketing tactics may include but are not limited to: Tradeshows, 3rd party conferences, CISO-events, Forcepoint hosted events, Hosted and 3rd party webinars, Telemarketing, Partner hosted events, Digital Marketing campaigns.

  • For each designated activity – run the activity end-to-end.

Including creation of purchase order, design booth graphics in cooperation with the Creatives team, internal and external communication of the event, on-site event execution, drive lead follow-up, etc. – to ensure the set event/activity goals are achieved.

  • Under the leadership of the Senior Field Marketing Manager manage expenses of both Direct Budget and Channel Marketing Development Funds.
  • Monitor and steer on the progress of results to achieve the goals set in the META Marketing plan.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience

• 2+ years’ experience in IT business-to-business marketing – preferably in the field of cyber security

• Experience in event planning, management and support

• Experience working in an organization with a two-tier channel sales model

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Outreach, HubSpot and Asana preferred

• Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and outstanding presentation skills for a variety of audiences including executives, partners, and customers.
  • Ability to work independently and in a (remote) team environment
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills with ability to track and follow up on actions
  • Able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • English and Arabic language skills
