Forcepoint is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist to drive demand across the fast-growing region of Middle East, Turkey and Africa [META]. This critical role includes the planning and execution of all demand generation activities in META leveraging all marketing channels, in close cooperation with the Senior Field Marketing Manager in the region.
The Field Marketing role is at the forefront of communicating our message through the different marketing tactics as well as crafting the strategies and execution plans to attract new customers and retain existing customers. In this position the candidate will work closely with the Senior Field Marketing Manager in the region to understand the business goals from the META sales and channel teams, and translate these goals into an integrated marketing plan, including field events, channel marketing and working cross-functionally with our Campaigns team to optimize our digital spend.
The position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and the candidate is expected to work from the Forcepoint office four days per week.

Essential Functions
Marketing tactics may include but are not limited to: Tradeshows, 3rd party conferences, CISO-events, Forcepoint hosted events, Hosted and 3rd party webinars, Telemarketing, Partner hosted events, Digital Marketing campaigns.
Including creation of purchase order, design booth graphics in cooperation with the Creatives team, internal and external communication of the event, on-site event execution, drive lead follow-up, etc. – to ensure the set event/activity goals are achieved.
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
• 2+ years’ experience in IT business-to-business marketing – preferably in the field of cyber security
• Experience in event planning, management and support
• Experience working in an organization with a two-tier channel sales model
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com, Outreach, HubSpot and Asana preferred
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
