Job Description

Join SBS, a global leader in financial technology, and play a key role in shaping the future of banking and financial services. We are looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Manager to drive impactful marketing campaigns, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that engage key accounts and generate business growth.

What You’ll Do

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will:

  1. Develop and implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies to target key accounts and generate high-quality leads.
  2. Collaborate closely with sales teams to maximise the impact of marketing campaigns and drive revenue growth.
  3. Plan and execute online and in-person marketing events, working with partners and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.
  4. Analyse campaign and event performance, optimising strategies for maximum effectiveness.
  5. Manage and enhance our database of prospects and clients to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Qualifications

What are we looking for?

  1. At least 5 years of experience in field marketing and project management, with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  2. Good understanding of the banking or IT industry.
  3. Customer-focused and results-oriented, and the ability to follow a plan and deliver results daily.
  4. Proficiency in French and English.
  5. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
  6. Planning and organizational skills to ensure the smooth execution of events and campaigns.
  7. Aptitude for identifying and resolving issues quickly and effectively.
  8. Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders and teams.
  9. Proven experience in developing and implementing successful ABM strategies.
  10. Ability to identify and segment key accounts for targeted campaigns.
