As we expand our footprint across the EMEA region, we seek a dynamic and experienced Field Marketing Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

As the Field Marketing Manager for EMEA, you will develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa to drive brand awareness, generate demand, and support sales growth. You will work closely with the global marketing team, regional sales teams, and other stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive field marketing plans for the EMEA region to support business goals and sales targets.
  2. Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.
  3. Find relevant industry associations and publications to drive regional marketing campaigns and programs.
  4. Collaborate with the global marketing team to localize content and messaging for the EMEA market.
  5. Partner with the sales and business development teams to identify and prioritize marketing opportunities and provide support through lead generation and nurturing activities.
  6. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
  7. Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.
  8. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  9. Manage and optimize the use of marketing automation, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies specific to the EMEA region.
  10. Identify and nurture customer advocates for case studies, testimonials, and reference programs specific to the EMEA region.
  11. Regularly report on regional marketing performance and present results to leadership.
  12. Coordinate localization and translation of marketing materials for different languages and cultures within the EMEA region.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform regional marketing strategies.
  14. Develop and implement region-specific social media efforts aligned with global brand guidelines.
  15. Ensure all marketing activities comply with local laws and regulations, particularly concerning data protection (e.g., GDPR) and advertising standards.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in field marketing, preferably within the enterprise software industry.
  3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the EMEA region.
  4. Strong understanding of the EMEA market dynamics, including cultural, economic, and regulatory factors.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  6. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  7. Ability to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
