In the Professional Products Division, our mission is to support hairdressers and develop the hair industry sustainably. We're the founding Division for the L'Oréal group, having history more than 110 years ago.

As part of our dynamic education team, you'll work alongside some of the world's greatest hairdressers in a varied and creative role that offers a richly rewarding and successful future. You will create, execute, and deliver education to salons within your territory and in our Regional Venues. Reporting to the L'Oréal Professionnel Paris Northern Education Manager, you will work closely with the commercial Managers and Business Partners to ensure the quality of knowledge and service associated with the brand is conveyed to the salons.

You will:

1. Deliver education expertise within a salon or beauty environment.
2. Maintain high standards and demonstrate proven organizational skills.
3. Be required to stay away from home and may need to travel on a Sunday evening.
4. Set demanding goals focused on quality and attention to detail.
5. Keep up to date with current trends and brand awareness.
6. Have a passion for haircare/skin care and understand the importance of aesthetic quality.

You have:

1. Experience in delivering Technical Workshops, Presentations, and Classes.
2. NVQ Level 2 & 3.
3. Strong communication skills at all levels.
4. Experience of building relationships with clients.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Packages, namely PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word.
6. Ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop people.
7. Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a demanding environment.
