Field-Based Sales Manager
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum + Car Allowance and Bonus
Primarily home-based with regular travel across the South East region and occasional travel to the Leicester site.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field-Based Sales Manager to join our client in the Access Equipment/Elevating Work Platform sector. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales, build relationships and expand market presence across the South East region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sector.
3. Conduct client visits, presentations and product demonstrations.
4. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
5. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
6. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in a field-based sales role within the access equipment, construction equipment is essential.
2. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
3. Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
4. A proactive and target-driven mindset.
5. Full UK driving license (car allowance provided).
