Festival Event Lead

Location: LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Windsor, SL4 4AY

Hours: Full time fully flexible, any 5 days out of 7, shift times vary on a rotational basis

Contract Type: Seasonal, until end of June 2025

Here at the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort our 2025 season is in full swing, and we are recruiting for a LEGO Festival Event Lead to join our AWESOME Entertainment Team!

Working with the LEGO Festival Specialist, you will ensure the smooth delivery of the event by working with the wider Entertainment team to maintain high standards throughout the event. You will act as an Event Support on operating days and assist with the event set up by coordinating teams to make sure this is done in an efficient manner.

Communication is key as you will give regular feedback to develop colleagues and raise any issues to the Entertainment Management Team in a timely manner. You will ensure your team have completed all the required training and have access to the correct tools and equipment to do their jobs effectively.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Good communication skills.
  • Previous performance experience desired but not essential.
  • Computer literate.

About the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort

We are looking for an Entertainment Lead to join our AWESOME team at the UK’s favourite children’s theme park; the LEGOLAND Windsor Resort. The LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is the ultimate destination for families with children age 2-12. The Resort is home to three awesome LEGO themed Hotels and a host of rides, shows and attractions built around the iconic LEGO brick. This role is based at the Windsor theme park, located in 150 acres of beautiful parkland.
