Supporting a female client with an Acquired Brain Injury in her own home. The client requires 24/7 support on a 2:1 basis; shifts would be 12-hour days only.
- Female only: This post is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 as there is a genuine occupational need to recruit Females due to the nature of the role.
- Must be eligible to live and work in the UK (sponsors are not available).
- Must meet a specific level of competence or knowledge.
- UK Driver's license (Must have).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Caring, patient and empathetic nature.
- Supporting with daily living tasks including maintaining a healthy diet, domestic responsibilities, attending appointments, and managing correspondence, including finances and budgeting.
- Supporting the client with rehabilitation and therapy goals as set by the MDT.
- Access to meaningful activities in the community and within the home.
- Maintaining daily records.
- £12.30 per hour + holiday pay + pension!
- Free care certificate.
- Comprehensive in-house training to develop your knowledge and skills and support you in your role with us and any future career/educational pursuits.
- Referral bonus of £200 per support worker/HCA/care assistant and £300 per RMN/RNLD if you refer a colleague.
- Eligibility to apply for the Blue Light scheme.
