About the Role:

As a Female PE Teacher, you will play a crucial role in promoting physical education and encouraging students to develop a love for sports and fitness. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals to deliver high-quality PE lessons and extracurricular activities. Key Responsibilities of PE Teacher:

• Plan and deliver engaging physical education lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all students are motivated and challenged.
• Teach Physical Education lessons to students in Key Stage 3 (Ages 11-14) and Key Stage 4 (Ages 14-16).
• Organize and supervise extracurricular sports activities and events, fostering a sense of teamwork and school spirit.
• Monitor and assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external coaches to enhance the PE curriculum and support student development.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and encouraged to participate.
• Promote health and safety in all physical activities, ensuring students understand the importance of safe practices.

Requirements of PE Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching PE or coaching sports is essential.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
• The ability to inspire and motivate students to achieve their best in physical education.
• Commitment to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle among students.
• Relevant qualifications or training in physical education (desirable but not essential).
