Job Description

Right At Home Melbourne North (South Morang) is looking for a Personal Care Worker (PCW) for immediate start. You will be providing care for every client's individual needs in the comfort of their own home. Your assigned tasks are instructed by the registered nurse in the client care plan. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Assisting clients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing and toileting.
  2. Assisting clients with meal preparation.
  3. Providing companionship and emotional support.
  4. Driving clients to appointments and social activities.
  5. Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' health or wellbeing and promptly reporting to the RN.
  6. Accurately and thoroughly documenting services provided using Visual Care app.

We require you to have:

  1. Minimum 1 year community nursing experience (in home care assistance).
  2. Current First Aid and CPR.
  3. Cert III in Aged Care.
  4. Police Check.
  5. Working with children check (must).
  6. NDIS Screening check (must).
  7. Driver's licence and own car with comprehensive car insurance (must).
