ACS have teamed up with a successful Macclesfield based firm, with the recruitment of a fee earner within their housing disrepair team!

Responsibilities:

1. Ability to manage a caseload of Housing Disrepair claims
2. Legal Knowledge of the Housing Conditions pre-action protocol
3. Legal knowledge of the CPR and fast-track litigation process
4. Review reports from Surveyors
5. Carry out quantum assessments/reviews and formalising case plans
6. Ability to run issued, fast track matters with minimal supervision
7. To effectively act upon court directions and to prepare matters for trial
8. Experience of using Proclaim case management system
9. Experience of working in a fast paced, target driven environment
10. Attention to detail
11. Organisation and admin skills
12. Communication skills: written and verbal
13. Ability to work individually or as part of a team
