Position: Fast-Food Team Member
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Seasonal
Pay Rates: Up to £12.21 per hour depending on age

Join our One Great Team here at Haven as a Fast-Food Team Member. Who can resist a great takeaway? At Haven, we’ve brought some favourites to the seaside, including Burger King, Papa John’s, Slim Chickens, and Chopstix Noodle Bars! We’re looking for energetic and friendly Fast-Food Team Members to join our team, where you’ll help prepare and serve our tasty takeaway meals in a fast-paced, fun environment.

If you’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service, and love the idea of serving up delicious food, this role is made for you!

Key Responsibilities
  1. Warmly greet guests, take orders, and answer menu questions.
  2. Prepare and assemble food, following brand recipes and quality standards.
  3. Pack and serve orders quickly and correctly to ensure guest satisfaction.
  4. Efficiently process payments and handle transactions.
  5. Maintain a clean, stocked workspace and follow food safety guidelines.
  6. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Requirements
  1. Experience in fast food, quick service restaurants, or retail is a plus but not essential; we provide full training.
  2. Customer service experience – friendly, approachable and ready to help guests.
  3. Familiarity with basic food preparation.
  4. Attention to detail, particularly when handling food orders and cash transactions.
  5. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
