Fast Food Site Manager

Site location: Design District (Greenwich Peninsula). We are looking for a full-time Fast Food Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team. Duties will include all aspects of kitchen management, menu development, preparation, cooking of dishes, and maintaining high levels of food safety and hygiene. The ideal candidate will have experience in Greek cuisine, advanced delivery platform knowledge, and marketing campaigns. Shifts fall between 10 am and midnight. As weekend days are our busiest times, weekend availability is essential for this role.
