About us:

We are an established supplier of high-quality casualwear to leading UK high-street retailers, including River Island, Urban Outfitters, ASOS, and Next. Based in central Leicester, we combine a design house and our own manufacturing capabilities through a garment dye facility, print factory, and embroidery factory. In total, we are proud to employ 60 people.

Specializing in trend-led, printed garments, we design and supply commercial collections that resonate with a modern style. Alongside this, we’re excited to be developing our own in-house brands.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and creative Fashion Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team of 4 other designers.

About the Role:

In this role, you’ll collaborate with trend-driven customer-based graphics teams, generating graphics for their brands across all departments (ladieswear, menswear, and kids wear). The focus will be on delivering commercially viable, innovative placement print designs that align with our customers’ brand ID whilst always pushing towards emerging contemporary trends.

This role will also help in preparing and contributing to customer meetings by presenting the ranges that you and the team have developed. Regular research-based shopping trips in the UK and abroad will help you to stay not just relevant but in a position to lead the development of fashion-forward design generation. To stay ahead of emerging trends, there is also the opportunity to attend trade shows across Europe.

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a designer with:

• Proficient in using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator,
• A fresh, innovative approach to graphic design,
• A strong understanding of commercial fashion graphics, trends, and themes,
• A qualification ideally relevant to fashion design is desirable but not essential,
• Experience working with UK high-street retail brands is desirable but not essential,
• Ability to generate hand-drawn/ painted artwork for incorporation into artwork is desirable also.

The interview process will consist of two interviews which can be done in person or online:

• Initial interview with the hiring manager and a member of the HR team
• If successful in the initial interview, a design project will be set
• Second interview, in person, with the hiring manager and MD
