Fashion Designer

Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
2. 1-3 years of experience in fashion design or a related role (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios may be considered).
3. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3D Clo and CAD programs.
4. Strong sense of style, color, and trends.
5. Ability to create precise technical sketches and ensure high-quality designs.
6. Ability to collaborate with team members and manufacturers effectively.
7. Willing placement in Kendal (Kawasan Industri Kendal).

Job Description :

1. Research on fashion trends, fabrics, and colors to create unique and stylish designs.
2. Create initial sketches, digital illustrations, and technical drawings.
3. Choose appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments.
4. Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor designs.
5. Collaborate with Sampel room (pattern makers, tailors, and merchandisers) to ensure successful execution of designs.
6. Conduct fittings and make necessary modifications for the final product.
7. Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure quality and consistency.
