Farm Worker / Tractor Driver job - Kent

We are looking for an extra person to join our current team of machinery operators.

The role includes all aspects of work on our large scale dairy farm such as:

• Fertilizer spreading and grassland maintenance
• Umbilical and tanker slurry spreading
• Mowing and carting up to 1000 acres of grass silage
• Baling and moving 3500 bales of straw
• An average of 300 acres of reseeding
• Carting and clamping maize silage
• Muck carting and spreading
• Milling feed grain and chopping straw

All of this is undertaken as part of a team and alongside the daily routine of the dairy herd.

Suitable candidates would benefit from having experience with modern machinery and its maintenance, being confident around livestock, having a good work ethic and self-motivation.
