The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Farm Operations Supervisor to support our day-to-day farming activities. This is a diverse and hands-on role that evolves throughout the season. You will play a key part in crop management, machinery oversight, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Crop Monitoring: Work alongside an agronomist to ensure crops are grown to the highest standard.
2. Irrigation & Crop Husbandry: Oversee watering schedules and general crop care.
3. Procurement: Manage the sourcing of essential farm inputs.
4. Team Management: Lead a small team, ensuring motivation, efficiency, and high performance.
5. Field Operations: Assist in planting, robotic weeding, harvesting, and packing of seasonal crops.
6. Machinery & Maintenance: Operate and oversee tractors, forklifts, and other farm machinery.
7. Winter Work (Nov-Mar): Engage in general farm maintenance and plan for the next growing season.

Who We're Looking For:

1. Experience managing seasonal labor in the horticultural sector.
2. A proactive and hands-on approach with a willingness to learn about different crops.
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills.
4. Experience with farm machinery (tractors, forklifts, irrigation systems) is beneficial, but training can be provided.
