The Job:

This role involves full farm management, ensuring efficient bird growth, maintaining welfare standards, and managing daily farm operations. You will be responsible for achieving performance targets, ensuring biosecurity measures are met, and leading a team to maintain high operational standards.

The Package:

1. Salary £35,000 - £40,000 DOE
2. Accommodation, Farmhouse available
3. Bird Size: 170,000 broilers across 6 sheds
